What does your intuition actually look like?
Treasured friends,
I want to speak to something I see often, both in readings and in my teaching.
People say to me, “I don’t think I’m intuitive.” And yet, within minutes, they’ll say…
“I had a feeling about that.”
“I just knew something wasn’t right.”
“I can’t explain it, but I trusted it.”
That is your intuition.
It rarely arrives in a dramatic or obvious way. More often, it’s quiet. Subtle. Easy to dismiss.
It’s the moment you pause before saying yes. The nudge to take a different path home.
The sense that someone needs you, before they even speak.
Your intuition speaks in a language that is already familiar to you — through what you feel, what you notice, and what you simply know.
The challenge is not whether you are intuitive. It’s whether you trust what you are already receiving.
What does your intuition look like?
For some, it feels like a gentle inner knowing.
For others, it shows up in the body — a tightening, a lightness, a pull.
It might be:
A quiet certainty you can’t logically explain
A sense of calm when something is right
A discomfort that asks you to pause or reconsider
A thought that repeats until you pay attention
This is not random. It is information and when you begin to recognise it, something shifts.
Why this matters in your everyday life
Your intuition is not separate from your life — it is part of how you move through it.
It supports you in:
Making clearer decisions without overthinking
Recognising what is aligned for you, and what is not
Navigating relationships with greater awareness
Trusting yourself, even when others don’t fully understand
When you learn to work with your intuition, you stop second-guessing yourself and start responding with clarity.
Learning to trust it more
Trust doesn’t come from forcing it. It comes from noticing it… and then allowing it to be right.
You might begin with something simple:
Pause when you feel that inner nudge
Acknowledge it without dismissing it
Reflect on moments where your instinct was accurate
Over time, you build evidence and with that evidence, trust naturally follows.
I’ll be exploring this more deeply in my upcoming workshop, The Psychic Intuitive, on the 20th of June.
It’s designed to help you recognise how your intuition already works, and to give you a clearer way to engage with it in a grounded and practical way.
If you’ve been questioning yourself, or quietly noticing these moments and not quite trusting them yet, this is a space to explore that further.
Your intuition is not something you need to find.
It is something you begin to recognise.
