Facilitated by Ioanna Serpanos CSNU and Julie Ebrey CSNU, this two-day intensive blends structured theory with extensive practical group exercises, allowing participants to strengthen trust, clarity, and communication with Spirit within a professionally held environment.
This workshop is suitable for beginners through to working mediums, with all exercises adapted to individual ability to ensure meaningful development at every level.
